After weeks of protests for racial justice, the movement has extended beyond the streets into boardrooms across the country. 


Monuments of racism removed. Confederate statues toppled in the streets. Long-standing and deeply rooted precedents of racial bias, inequity and discrimination in corporate America slowly revealed. 


America’s most beloved brands shared their commitment to Black lives, Black-owned businesses and Black employees. 


But what happens after the social media post? 
Will your Black employees still be overlooked for leadership roles? 
Will supplier diversity be more than corporate lip service? 
How will brands signal real and lasting change in workplace equity?



Attacking racism is uncomfortable. But to create change, you have to be honest, willing to do the work and open to assistance. We want to help brands. We created an action guide to support them as they diagnose systemic issues and design a measurable approach to dismantling racism.
